The School of Leadership is a five-day programme for 17–25-year-olds who want to grow as followers of Jesus, develop in character and catch a vision for how God might want to use them to lead and impact the world around them.

We’ll be exploring Moses’ life and how a series of encounters with God transformed him and ultimately changed the way he led.

The Onelife School of Leadership is a week-long summer residential designed for 17–25 year olds who want to be inspired and equipped to become exceptional leaders to transform the world they live in.

Set in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, the week is packed with biblical, character-forming leadership teaching. This is paired with moments of fun, time to relax in beautiful grounds or around the bonfire, and the chance to get to know an amazing group of young leaders. It certainly isn't one to be missed!

This is a unique leadership experience designed for Christian young people who want to be inspired and equipped to become exceptional leaders to transform the world they live in. Through practical tools and workshops, you will discover your own individual leadership style and how you can then lead others in a way that will allow them to thrive.

This year we’re tackling a Seven Peaks Challenge in the Lake District – taking in some key landmarks on our 13-mile route. It won’t be easy but it will be rewarding – especially at sunrise (did we mention we’re going to get started at 4am?!). 

Each of the peaks will represent a different sphere of society, and we’ll be taking the opportunity to pray for each sphere as we reach each summit.
