Liz Bewley

Executive Director

After being a youth worker for 11 years, Liz started working for Onelife. Her passion for young people and discipleship fuels everything she does. Liz loves spending time in Cornwall with her husband, Stew and two children.


Helen Dunn

Director of Training

Helen grew up going to Onelife conferences and events and loved it so much she eventually started working for them! She loves drinking coffee and road trips.


Chris Smith

Director of Operations

Chris is the newest member of the Onelife team and brings a real sense of joy to the office with him! When he’s not making things happen in the world of Onelife he loves spending time with his wife, Anna, and three children. He’s originally from the north and loves a good brew.

Will Desmond

Will has been involved in youth ministry for ten years and during that time he has led various mission teams as well as the Sion Youth Ministry. In 2013 he launched theASCENT UK, a three year discipleship process for 15-18 year olds which now runs in three locations across the UK. More recently he has pioneered a permanent mission team of young adults called Forerunners in a Catholic boarding school called Worth Abbey where he currently resides. His vision is to see chaplaincy in schools transformed across the UK into having thriving discipling cultures. Will is married to Bexx and lives in Sussex with his two daughters.

Ali Grant

Ali grew up attending Onelife events and now has a real passion for seeing characterful leaders in every sphere of society. He currently works as the Business Development Manager for Judes Ice Cream. He lives in London with his wife, Phoebe.

Anna Mason

Anna has been involved in Onelife since the beginning; the values have shaped her leadership and it was vital during her eight years in youth ministry. She is currently on the leadership team of KXC in London. Her happy place is cooking with loud music playing (dancing and singing included) and then having a group of friends over to sample her culinary delights.

Andy Riggs

Andy is a chartered accountant, and the CFO of a university based in the South of England. Andy brings a passion for leadership development and discipleship together with a focus of improving the effectiveness and business processes of Onelife. One of his son’s was previously an Onelife intern, so knows from a parent’s perspective the impact Onelife has.


Pete Wynter

Pete is the Leadership Pastor at HTB. He is the founder and Director of the HTB Leadership College London, training distinctively Christian leaders across every sphere of society. He is also the founder of Onelife. Pete lives in London, with his wife Sarah, and their three children.




Mike Pilavchi

Mike Pilavachi heads up Soul Survivor ministries (a charity that aims to equip young people to live their lives for Jesus) as well as pastoring the associated church – Soul Survivor Watford. Mike speaks at conferences around the world, trying to make people laugh and point them towards Jesus at the same time. He has written a number of books the latest of which is called ‘Lifelines’ with his good friend Andy Croft.


In his spare time, he loves to cooking, watching West Wing and tending his grape vines!
